Is It Really A Man's World?
A new intriguing statistic has surfaced. It's says that one in five working-age American men do not have a job, according to the latest federal employment numbers. It's an all time high that show the tremendous toll this recession has taken on male-dominated professions in particular. Some observers are calling it a "mancession." Only 80.3 percent of men age 25-45 had jobs in December. The lowest since the Bureau of Labor Statistic started collecting that data in 1948. The percentage of women age 25-54 who have work also went down, but not as dramatically. Some 69.1 percent of those women are employed. Well I guess James Brown was wrong. Until next time bloggees! You know I had to BRING THAT BACK!!!!!!
